The Original in Gun Protection
A crowded safe is not storage
Steel holds temperature. Air holds water. When the room warms and the safe does not, moisture finds the coldest surface in it, which is the barrel of whatever you put away last season. A thin synthetic sleeve seals that water against the metal. True cotton draws it away.

A Sack-Up is a knitted cotton sleeve, treated with environmentally safe oil and silicone, that slides over a firearm or piece of gear before it goes into a safe, a cabinet or a case. The cotton wicks moisture away from metal instead of trapping it against the surface, and the soft knit keeps stored items from rubbing against each other. Sack-Ups has made them in Morganton, North Carolina since 1985.

True cotton draws moisture away from metal surfaces instead of trapping it against them, which is the opposite of what a thin synthetic sleeve does in a closed safe. Sack-Ups combines that natural wicking with a silicone treatment that adds a layer of corrosion protection, and the soft knit construction guards the finish while the firearm is stored or moved.
